NESTLED IN BEAUTY
OUR UNIQUE RIVERSIDE VENUE OFFERS YOU THE OPPORTUNITY TO STYLE EVERY ELEMENT OF YOUR INDIVIDUAL EVENT
Temple Island serves as the perfect backdrop for events at Temple Island Meadows. Temple Island was originally built in 1771 as a fishing lodge for Christopher Wren’s Fawley Court, which can also be seen from Temple Island Meadows. Rich in tradition and history, the Island marks the start of the famous Henley Royal Regatta Course.
During Victorian times, Temple Island used to be a popular place to watch the action at the Regatta for the members of the famous Leander Rowing Club. These days Temple Island Meadows is home to our Henley Regatta activities and has long been a popular corporate hospitality site during the Regatta, having delightful views of both Temple Island and Henley town.
The Meadows are owned by The Copas Partnership, who have held events at the venue for over 30 years, as well as their other farming and property activities. Click here to find out more about us.
